You need a Flobe! J/K(i think that is the name for it) remember the commercials for those and kids where they suck up the hair and it trims it to a set length? Yeah, that doesn't sound good! Doesn't Super Nanny have a book out for tricks to make them happy and want a hair cut? I love Jojo and if we have issues i'm e-mailing her! :)
